    AI relationship management platform

    • Owned the architecture end to end: NestJS service boundaries, PostgreSQL and Neo4j data models, a React Native client, and the conversational AI layer.
    • Designed a multi-tenant agent architecture with per-tenant isolation, custom tool surfaces, persistent memory and PostgreSQL-backed state sync, using lazy spawning and idle suspension to bound per-agent cost.

    E-commerce marketplace

    • Structured a Turborepo monorepo across backend services, shared packages and frontends, setting the contracts other developers worked against.
    • Designed a microservice-style architecture around a GraphQL monolith, with Node.js/TypeScript services (Express, Hono) and Hasura actions enforcing business logic at the boundary.

    Enterprise web tooling for platform operations.

    • Built an enterprise-grade web UI hub for platform operations with React, Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
    • Developed secure client-server integrations with Keycloak, Node.js services and i18next.

Me. Bosnadev is a one-person consultancy, and I write the code.

What does it cost?

Every service has a starting price in EUR. AI agent architecture: projects from €7,500. MCP & WebMCP: implementations from €4,000. AI visibility audit: audits from €1,500. Architecture review: from €2,500. Platform engineering: projects from €5,000. Fractional architect: from €3,000/month. Work without a listed price is quoted per case once the scope is clear, and I do not bill by the hour.

How soon will I hear back?

Within a couple of days. If I am not the right person for the work, I say so, and where I can I point you at someone who is.

Where are you, and what hours do you work?

Bosnia & Herzegovina, remote, on CET. I work in English and Bosnian, with clients in the US, the EU and Switzerland.

Who do we contract with?

With Bosnadev, registered as an obrt (sole proprietorship) in Bosnia & Herzegovina, which also invoices the work.
